Jr Business Development Director (BDD)
Earn 60% commission on new business on any policies you control.
Earn 50% commission on renewal business on any policies you control.
Earn a Training Commission of 10% on new business and 10% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents that you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Producer.
Earn a Management Commission of 5% on new business and 15% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Sr Producer, Jr BDD, BDD, Executive BDD or CEO BDD.
Promotion Guideline
To be promoted to BDD you must earn $75,000 of a combined total of controlled and/or management commissions over any 12-month period and complete the Orr & Associates BDD Training Program.
Business Development Director (BDD)
Earn 60% commission on new business on any policies you control.
Earn 50% commission on renewal business on any policies you control.
Earn a Training Commission of 10% on new business and 10% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents that you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Producer.
Earn a Management Commission of 5% on new business and 15% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Sr Producer, Jr BDD, BDD, Executive BDD or CEO BDD.
Receive vested interest in the policies you control.
Promotion Guideline
To be promoted to Executive BDD you must earn $150,000 of personal income in any 12-month period.
Executive Business Development Director (BDD)
Earn 60% commission on new business on any policies you control.
Earn 50% commission on renewal business on any policies you control.
Earn a Training Commission of 10% on new business and 10% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents that you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Producer.
Earn a Management Commission of 5% on new business and 15% on renewal business from policies controlled by agents you have recruited to Orr & Associates who are at the level of Sr Producer, Jr BDD, BDD, Executive BDD or CEO BDD.
Receive vested interest in the policies you control.
Receive an annual Executive Management Bonus based on the following schedule:
- 1.2% on Controlled agency income
- 1.2% on Production Shop controlled agency income
- 1.2% on level 1 BDD controlled agency income
- 1.2% on level 1 Production Shop controlled agency income
- 1.0% on level 2 BDDs controlled agency income
- 0.5% on level 3 BDDs controlled agency income
Executive Management bonuses are based on the calendar year and paid at the end of the year.

CEO Business Development Director (BDD)
Earn 60% commission on new business on any policies you control.
Earn 50% commission on renewal business on any policies you control.

Note:
Controlling Agent Commissions can be split with a Writing Agent. In this scenario, the controlling agent will receive half of the commission based on their commission level and the writing agent will receive the other half of the commission.
